Orders ship daily from our Maidenhead & Windsor UK warehouse. We look forward to serving you! Here is some information about our shipping policies.

Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays.
Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. (UK time).
Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.
If you order an out-of-stock item, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
If you have a special shipping need, email us customerservices@ozzell.com and we'll try to take care of it for you.
The shipping rate you select applies to your complete order and not to each item ordered.
